Quick and easy to book a taxi. Much better than calling I don't know why but the girls always mess up my pick up place so I really prefer this. Free to use.

Shambles of a taxi company. Estimated wait time was 10 mins. 1 hour and 15 minutes later and it still hasn't arrived. Rang the operator who advised the app incorrectly estimates availability. I wouldve been better walking.
Great app, easy to use. I always get a taxi pronto, and you can see how much it's going to be beforehand if it's a set fare. You can tip your driver, contact your driver, track your driver and rate your driver too! 5*

This was the biggest waste of time I have ever exposed myself to. The took my booking only to phone me as it was time for my pickup to tell me that I would have to wait another 45mins. On top of this catching a black cab cost less than their set fare. The app was easy to navigate but setting up an account was a pain. Also the operators were unhelpful and rude.
Home of the set fare is false advertising. It's practically impossible to get through to someone to set up a set fare journey. If you try to book using your card on the app it mysteriously doesn't work either.
