"This was the biggest waste of time I have ever exposed myself to. The took my booking only to phone me as it was time for my pickup to tell me that I would have to wait another 45mins. On top of this catching a black cab cost less than their set fare. The app was easy to navigate but setting up an account was a pain. Also the operators were unhelpful and rude."
